iWAM Ranking Report
Let's say you have 25 candidates applying for a managerial position at a research foundation. After they take the iWAM, we provide detailed feedback reports about each candidate. The reports can include, among other things, an objective ranking based on who has the most potential to be a top performer in a certain organization. This is what a candidate ranking looks like:
The candidate's "score" is a relative number, used to illustrate how much more/less potential the candidate has than the average candidate (0 represents the average). The ranking also shows how many variables each person had in common with the Model of Excellence. Green variables are matches, orange are just outside the model, red are definite mismatches, and grey variables are inconclusive. A real version of the report would include links to the details behind the scores.
